Some portrait sessions that you photograph hold a special place in your heart for one reason or another. This particular session is one of those for me. It is a newborn portrait session for a beautiful little girl adopted by friends of ours from Newton. We were lucky enough to start our adoptive journey with them for our first children and I am so thrilled I was able to help them welcome their new daughter into their family.
This little girl was such a delight during our whole portrait session. She was awake for much of it which doesn't always happen. Most Newborns during their portrait sessions will be lulled to sleep by the space heater providing extra warmth or the soft music or white noise you have playing in the background,
Even though she was awake and totally aware of her surroundings she was perfectly content to be posed and relaxed easily into different shots. We were all so thrilled with the whole session, I am sharing a sneak peak with everyone and I cannot wait to present the rest!
