WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE BOOK A SESSION WITH KATHERINE?
The entire portrait process takes place in three different meetings with me. The Pre-Session Consultation, your Session and your Ordering Appointment.
THE PRE-SESSION CONSULTATION
First let's sit down and meet so you can see what The Mirrored Image is all about! I focus the portrait experience around making it an amazing experience for you and your family. I pride myself on exceptional customer service and a commitment to each family’s relationship and the creation of unique art for their home. At your complimentary consultation I will learn more about who you are and you will learn more about me. I will discuss your goals and personal style, so that I can create a session that is designed specifically for YOU. Great portraits begin with a great relationship. Tell me about your home and your vision and I will add in my creativity to make it happen.
I aim to make your session as seamless as possible, right down to helping you to style your wardrobe and getting your kids excited about the session.
SESSIONS AT THE STUDIO OR ON-LOCATION
Full length studio sessions take place in studio space located in Plymouth MA. The session fee includes Katherine’s time and talent along with backdrops and clothing changes. When the weather is warmer, let’s take it outside! Sessions at one of the South Shore or Boston's scenic spots make for some amazing and unique images, especially if the location is special to you. So consider carefully where you’d like to have your session, or we can recommend a spot for you.
THE ORDERING APPOINTMENT
This is where the fun finishes! The Reveal & Ordering Appointment is the time when you get to see all the fruits of the session pay off. I will take the time to design the right art piece for your home. I will help you sort through the images and make final decisions on what will look best with your decor. I will show you actual size and pair images together for a stunning album or wall gallery. I specialize in custom wall art and heirloom albums, some of the products we offer are one-of-a-kind. All of them are sure to get you excited about what lies ahead!
